- Use the service in compliance with applicable laws (including messaging regulations)
- Ensure you have consent to contact your customers via SMS where required
- Respond to leads and bookings in a timely manner
4. Messaging and Communications
By using our service, you acknowledge:
- SMS messages may be sent to your customers on your behalf
- Message delivery is not guaranteed (carrier/network limitations)
- Standard messaging rates may apply to recipients
You are responsible for ensuring compliance with applicable communication laws (e.g., consent requirements).
5. Service Availability
We strive for reliability, but:
- Services are provided “as is” and “as available”
- We do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation
- We may modify or discontinue features at any time
6. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law:
Nice Bits, LLC shall not be liable for:
- Lost revenue or business opportunities
- Indirect or consequential damages
- Issues arising from third-party services (telecom providers, hosting, etc.)
Our total liability shall not exceed the amount paid by you in the preceding 30 days.
7. Third-Party Services
Our system may rely on third-party providers (e.g., telephony, hosting). We are not responsible for outages or failures caused by those providers.
8. Termination
Either party may terminate the service at any time.
Upon termination:
- Services will be discontinued
- Data may be deleted after a reasonable period
